P2130 code indicates a problem with the throttle or pedal position sensor or switch “F” circuit in the vehicle.

– Engine hesitation or stalling

This code is common in brands such as:: Chevrolet, Renault, Ford, Toyota, Nissan, Mercedes Benz, Honda.

Causes of the code P2130.

1. Faulty throttle position sensor (TPS).

2. Wiring issues.

3. Accelerator pedal position sensor (APP) failure.

4. ECM malfunction.

5. Throttle body problems.

– Check the throttle or pedal position sensor for any physical damage or wear and tear.
