P2123 code indicates a high voltage condition in the throttle or pedal position sensor or switch “D” circuit, signaling a potential issue with the throttle control system.

Code symptoms P2123.

1. Sudden loss of power while driving
2. Engine stalling or hesitation during acceleration
3. Difficulty maintaining a constant speed

This code is common in brands such as:: Chevrolet, Renault, Ford, Toyota, Nissan, Mercedes Benz, Honda.

Causes of the code P2123.

1. Faulty throttle position sensor
2. Wiring or connector issues in the throttle position sensor circuit
3. Corrosion or poor connections in the sensor circuit
4. Engine control module (ECM) malfunction

Code Solutions P2123.
