Code P0512 Symptoms, Causes and Solutions.

The P0512 trouble code indicates an issue with the starter request circuit. This circuit is responsible for transmitting signals from the ignition switch to the starter solenoid, initiating the starting process when the ignition key is turned.


Starter Request Circuit

Code symptoms P0512.

1. Difficulty starting the engine.
2. Engine may not crank or start at all.
3. Check Engine Light (CEL) is illuminated on the dashboard.
